Something Delicious is Always Worth Waiting For . . .

Just Simply A Choux Pastry

DSCN4744

I was free . . . choux pastry was in my mind waiting for me . . . and yet I was longing for something different . . . a ring choux pastry would be a good ideal.

DSCN4726

This was what I baked out of desire . . . something not difficult and yet nice. Spiced up life with a sprinkle of sliced almonds to make it perfect.

DSCN4733

A lovely Choux Pastry Ring was created and discovered, to go with a special brewed coffee while sitting and relaxing on the 18th floor balcony. That’s me . . . . SunnyYaw . . . come and join me . . . . . .

Slivers of sweetly roasted almond casually scattered over a rich ring of choux pastry, accompanied by a cup of perfect brew… Good thing you’re relaxing on the 18th floor, cos that’s quite close to Heaven already, this teatime indulgence! :)
