Passionfruit Moussecake

Passionfruit2

The sourness coming from the passionfruit makes itself really standout. This cake is sandwiched with passionfruit mousse and chocolat sponge moisted with passionfruit syrup. Can you imagine the taste by biting into the chocolat sponge with the taste of passionfruit. Yes, another one of my new creation requested by Shirley. Got to say, Shirley always like to taste my imagination (opssss should be test, lol) and I always love the challenge that she offers me. Shirley also requested Fraise aka Mary Poppin too . . . will be posted later. Thank you Shirley!

Passionfruit3

I topped the whole passionfruit moussecake with some chocolate macarons to balance the taste and also some preserved plums.

This is a perfect cake for a perfect celebration! . . . Love Sunny Yaw

Sob! I’ve only seen strawberries at the stores, and I haven’t had passionfruit for awhile, but enough about me. This cake is beautiful! :)
