I had posted this rouleau in my previous posts which were the chocolat, matcha and vanilla. Today I posting yet another two photos where all of them sitting together.

Bake the Rouleau
(Vanille au Fruits, Matcha au Fraise, Chocolat au Banane)
Date: 20th April 2008
Time: 2.00pm-6.00pm (with an interval)
Venue: Opal Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Price: RM150 (Prepayment Required)
Limited to only 6 person (CLASS FULL !!!)
(Demo + Recipe Pack + Coffee Break + Food Tasting + A Box of Freshly Baked to Take Home)

    love the strawberry perched on the strawberry centre.. the whole ensemble reminds me of the rainbow! nice pallate of colors!

    i’m not really a dessert fan but the colours and flavours of the cakes look really good…good with a cup of tea too..ahh, nice!

    hallo….thank you so so much for giving me such a nice comment hehee….i am still learning….i’m actually a Pastry Chef… now i have big problem making macaroons :p can’t get the feed out lol…..but still trying to get the feed out….sigh…
    really love your macaroons….they look so so so PROFESSIONAL hehhe…

    That matcha rouleau looks amazing! I love matcha icecream and I’m sure this would be just as good if not better!
