Dear Readers, as to mark the new year 2008, Big Boys Oven proudly presents Sunny Yaw’s Baking Class. Pastry Chef Sunny Yaw himself will demostrate the art of macaron making.

Time: 2.00pm-5.30pm (with an interval)
Date: 20th January 2008
Venue: Opal Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Price: RM200 (Prepayment Required)
Limited to only 10 person

1. Basic Almond Macaron with Cream
2. Hazelnut Macaron with Chocolat Ganache
3. Illy Coffee Macaron with Chocolat Hazelnut Ganache
4. White Sesame Macaron with Peanut Butter
5. Black Sesame Macaron and Chestnut Cream

Chef Sunny Yaw is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most talented young pastry chef with about 15years of experience. Chef Sunny Yaw is one of the founder of Big Boys Oven and had been unveiling a lot of new and interesting cakes creation on Big Boys Oven’s blog.

Do get a place now before the class is full as to avoid any disappointment, it is limited to only 10 person.

    somehow i think the Hazelnut Macaron with Chocolat Ganache seems very soothing to me… like it eventhough i havent tasted it b4.

    you are right Hazelnut Macaron wth Chocolat Ganache is delicious! We also find that White Sesame Macaroon is lovely too, the fragrant thr white sesame stays as you take a bit and with peanut butter, I would say explosive and yet retain the local flavour.

    why on earth would people wanna pay 200 ringgit for stuff that you can learn to do at home with the help of thousands of internet websites and youtube. stupid people. the world is so greedy now. too greedy.
