Dare to Explore, Dare to Indulge

When I read those macarons posted by Veron, Tartelette and Carol Rode, I am so amazed. We have Veron who is so dedicated in her exploration on macarons. Veron showed us the possiblities of macarons by changing the ingredients, such as almond, hazelnut, cocoa powder, variation of techniques and reported all her findings, that was incredible, a woman with such dedication. Then we have Tartelette who baked different variation of macarons such as peanut, pistachio and blood orange. Carol Rode too gave her try on matcha macarons and succeeded so well. “Amazing,………….. dare to explore, dare to indulge.”

Such dedication had given me the strength to work and explore further with macarons. This time, we have pink almond macarons with peanut buttercream and decorated on them on the Illy coffee pistachio cupcakes with peanut buttercream.

These cupcakes are so sweet. Yes without any doubt, I am sure any sweetheart out there would love to have one!!!

Yes! Yes! I would love to have one… *drool*
Yup, exploration will bring us insight which we never thought of, delighting us always or maybe, enlightenment in the area we are so blinded by habitual actions.
Happy Exploring and expecting more from your oven!

Yeah BBO! Great idea to put it on top of a cupcake. Isn’t a macaron the most elegant and versatile of all cookies? I’m about to explore some more about this little beauties and report the findings on my blog.
