Gingerbread House for this Christmas

It is great to have seen snow but through the lense of my dear friend beachlover. Got to tell you that I love snow, strange right especially being brought up in a tropical climate country like Malaysia. Oh! don’t get me wrong I love my own beautiful country very much just that I love being in a cold climate. I still remember that I will run out of my flat when it starts to snow. Even when it was freezing cold, I will just wear a thin sleeveless t-shirt and walked across my flat to buy a box of milk for tea just to catch the cold breeze, that’s me…. I still remember walking to the town from my flat with a least a feet high of covered snow, incredible.

So this coming Christmas I decided to bake gingerbread house with snow everywhere, snowman and decorated with many beautiful colours too. Having one seems boring, lonely and not really nice but with a few houses, they look so gorgeous and beautiful.

This one I included some macaroons,………. I know you will definitely ask why I put such delicious macaroons on the gingerbread house and not eating them right away. Got to say they look so gorgeous on the gingerbread house, right?

By the way we do take orders for gingerbread house this christmas and if you like to order them, just let us know in advance. Hope you like the gingerbread house that I had make.

Love Sunny

Wow! Christmas is really happening on this blog! The gingerbread houses are beautiful. It has been frightfully cold and NOT delightful here in Boston. The other night the wind was as loud as a train and I thought my windows were going to blow in! We had snow and ice and the windchill was 8 degrees!! Please no more snow here. You can have it! ; )
