Big Boys Oven’s Christmas Cake 2

Menu for Hope

This year for the first time, we are participting this charity event, Menu for Hope. This is the first time that we let anyone to be in our studio and kitchen, and spend a day with us. You will be spend half a day baking and have coffee with the Chef Sunny Yaw while tasting your bakes. You will then proceed another half a day cooking with Chef Steven Cheng and taste the food you cooked. This is a good oppurtunity and it is going to be fun and lovely.

So hurry, hurry get your raffles now.

Cranberry with Double Chocolat Moussecake

Oh yes yet another christmas cake and this time I created a cranberry chocolat moussecake covered with chocolate ganache. This cake is slightly similar to O’Chocolat but instead of having orange peel, I replace them with softened sun dried cranberries and infused the chocolat mousse with Monin cranberry syrup to give the this cake a more intense flavour.

I know a lot of customers love macaroons so I decorated this cake with macaroons and some fresh cranberries.

So have a nice year end holiday and Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year. I will be baking cookies…….

Yours Sunny Yaw
